This work is a sound piece that aims to simulate my hypnosis experience.
In 2019 I got the opportunity to be hypnotised and was able to revisit different scenarios in my life that deeply affected me.
In this work, the listener will enter different parts of my memory through a sonic stimulus, just as I did
This work is separated into three main parts which are: entrance, hypnosis and exit; with varying scenarios in-between. It includes a combination of found sounds and vocal dialogue. I utilised sounds from furniture, the outside, doors, breathing and speech.
Ultimately, in this work I am using sound as a medium for guidance into different memories (similar to my hypnosis experience).
